Apanema Villas, Mykonos

Apanema Villas is made up of two separate houses, Apanema I and Apanema II, each a different size with its own sleeping capacity — giving guests full privacy while still being able to move easily between the two.

The villas sit above the new port, just 2.8km from Mykonos town and close to the airport (4.7km), with the nearest supermarket and restaurants only a 2-minute drive away.

Apanema I is a bright, open-air house that’s been newly renovated. The ground floor has a comfortable living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and the master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and private terrace. On the same level, a large terrace wraps around a circular pool and several lounge areas, all looking out over Mykonos town and the Aegean. Downstairs, the remaining bedrooms each enjoy their own sea views: two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, one twin bedroom with an en-suite, and an independent outdoor guest room with its own en-suite for extra guests.

Apanema II sits above and is linked to Apanema I by an exterior staircase within the same plot. It’s built on a single level, with a colourful, cozy living and dining area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a master bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom with its own bathroom, a single bedroom with en-suite, and another independent outdoor guest room with en-suite for additional guests. Its own large private terrace has space to lounge and dine, with lovely sunset views.
