This beautiful villa, inspired by Tuscan architecture, sits on a 1,134 sqm plot and works equally well as a holiday base or a venue for a family or corporate event.

Designed and built by Italian architects for their own use, the house has a real sense of space, privacy and calm. Outside, there’s a huge garden, an infinity pool with loungers and a chill-out area, an outdoor dining room with a barbecue, panoramic views stretching over all of Barcelona, and even an Arab-inspired orchard.

Imposing columns mark the entrance, opening into a large interior patio ringed by columns and big windows that flood the house with light. On one side of the patio sits the living room with its striking fireplace, and on the other the dining room, with a second fireplace and access to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen designed for maximum comfort. This main floor also has a double room with two beds and two full bathrooms.

Climb the grand staircase bordering the patio and you’ll find six further rooms on the first floor. Two are master suites, each with a fireplace, dressing room, bathroom with both bath and shower, and access to a large terrace with sea views stretching to the hotel, the sailing club and Tibidabo. The remaining four rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely views, sharing two further bathrooms.

House rules: parties and loud noise are not permitted, and we ask guests to respect the surroundings and neighbours. Lost, damaged or misused keys will incur an extra charge — full rules are available on request. Pets are considered on request, subject to prior confirmation and possible fees. Check-in runs from 4pm to 8pm; arrivals outside these hours are subject to availability and an additional charge.

Under Catalan Decree 60/2017, a tourist tax applies to all guests over 16 staying in tourist accommodation in Catalonia — current rates are published on the Generalitat de Catalunya’s website. All guests must present a passport on arrival, and a security deposit is taken via pre-authorisation before arrival, released automatically once the property has been checked at the end of the stay.
