Welcome to our unique first-line beachfront villa, a peaceful, luxurious retreat set on a 1,500 sqm plot with a stunning pool and garden area.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a separate apartment for up to 3 guests with its own small kitchen, en-suite bathroom and open fireplace.

Designed for the perfect family holiday, it has an outdoor dining area with barbecue, free WiFi, and plenty of parking right in front of the villa. The kitchen is very well equipped, covering everything you’d need for a comfortable stay.

Unwind here to dreamlike sunsets and sweeping sea views that stretch all the way to Gibraltar and, on clear days, Morocco. Excellent beachfront restaurants are just 200m away, with several more within 200–800m, and shops, supermarkets and coffee bars are around 1km out. Tennis and gym facilities are roughly 1.5–2km away.

Enjoy easy beach walks right outside the villa, with Malaga airport just 30 minutes away. The lively Puerto Banus, with its restaurants, bars, shops and malls, is only 15km away, and the white villages of Andalusia — Istán, Casares, Mijas and Ronda among them — are all within easy reach for a day trip.

Families and couples are very welcome and we aim to provide excellent service for a comfortable, enjoyable stay — please note we don’t accept bookings from single parties or young groups, as we want to keep things relaxed and peaceful for all our guests.

In line with Spanish regulations, all guests aged 18 and over must register with a passport or national ID document — a standard requirement to keep things safe and compliant for everyone.
