The setting is a cluster of excellent tavernas and a perfect, rarely crowded sandy beach, with upmarket facilities and spectacular sunsets, while the wider amenities of Acharavi are just 2km away. A dedicated concierge service adds an extra layer of comfort throughout your stay, letting you fully experience Greek hospitality.

Once a stone-built olive press, the villa is set on a single level with direct access to its extensive private gardens. It’s decorated in a contemporary style with modern furnishings, and sleeps 4 to 5 guests across fully air-conditioned interiors, in both the living spaces and bedrooms.

The welcoming lounge has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), is bright and spacious, and can host a 5th guest on the sofa bed provided. The large double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom, finished to the same high standard, sits next to the lounge and the second bathroom. Outside, the enchanting gardens lead directly onto the beach through a private gate — a genuinely unique touch.

Enjoy long sunsets with a glass of wine, sunbathe on the provided sunbeds, cool off in the shade, or dine outside watching the boats pass by — it’s the kind of holiday that stays with you. The quoted price includes air conditioning, WiFi, beach towels, and maid service twice a week with linen and towels changed twice a week. A refundable €300 security deposit is required on arrival, and the Greek climate resilience tax of €2 per villa per night is not included and is payable locally.
