Inside, the home is bright, open and tastefully furnished, with full-width sliding windows that disappear into the wall so the living area flows straight onto the terrace.

The master bedroom has a plush double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has two twin beds and its own en-suite — a great setup for families or friends travelling together.

Outside is where Casa La Morelia really shines: a private terrace with a plunge pool, two sun loungers, and a sleek outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, perfect for a lazy breakfast with sea views or grilling dinner as the sun goes down.

Set in a quiet, elevated part of Nueva Andalucía, you’re a short drive from Marbella’s best golf courses, restaurants and beach clubs, with Puerto Banús, San Pedro and the Golden Mile all within easy reach — your own slice of paradise on the Costa del Sol.
