The home is absolutely lovely. The location is outstanding, the facilities are excellent—impressive amenities—a private sizable pool plus four bedrooms and two bathrooms—thoroughly equipped, roomy kitchen!

Antiquated kitchen with poor ventilation causing unpleasant smells and problems with bathroom odors in the lower level… the area around the pool is in need of upgrades, but otherwise the residence is magnificent, a gated property, and affords breathtaking vistas.

The home sits in an excellent location, with a personal pool and use of communal facilities (pool and tennis), plus adjacent scenic coves that were wonderful. The bathrooms and toilets could use updating, having not been renovated recently and requiring some refreshing. The rental agency also fell short of expectations—for this cost, we anticipated superior service instead of collecting an envelope at the office followed by waiting while receiving negative remarks.

The bed mattresses were too flimsy. The beach lounger pads were soiled and deteriorating. Hinges and fasteners were faulty. The kitchen is due for updating. Cupboards and drawers were overflowing with junk. The pool was very good. Several shutters were decaying. In summary, the property needs urgent restoration!

A property without opulence but equipped with all the essentials (the kitchen would benefit from updating) set within a charming complex for a week of pure serenity by the Mediterranean.
