For your comfort: the villa is fully furnished and equipped with linens and towels; a welcome amenity, shower gel and original Nespresso capsules are provided for your first day; free WiFi; a Sonos system; Starz, Showtime, sports channels and more in every bedroom and living room, across 5 TVs in total, including a 75″ TV in the living room, all smart TVs with Netflix; wired internet available for business meetings. The pool company cleans weekly (usually Wednesday, midday), and landscaping happens every 2 weeks, usually in the morning. Additional housekeeping is available at extra cost — contact the property manager for details — and an extra clean is required for stays over 7 days to maintain the villa’s quality. Children are welcome.

Rental policies: bookings require a minimum age of 25; check-in is 4pm, check-out 11am; guests must show photo ID and a credit card at check-in; special requests are subject to availability and possible extra charges; no parties, no drugs, no exceptions, per the house rental agreement; no RVs or commercial vehicles may park on site; the property isn’t advertised anywhere else and sub-renting isn’t allowed; smoking is permitted outside only, with a $100 charge if the house smells of smoke.

We’re grateful to offer short-term stays in this neighbourhood and ask guests to respect our neighbours by following house rules. The property manager is available most of the time, except overnight. As a residential neighbourhood, excessive noise that disturbs neighbours is prohibited, and code-enforced quiet hours of 10pm–8am must be observed, with guests liable for any resulting fines. DJs or live music aren’t permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or out, and only the provided Sonos system may be used for music.

The villa is about 20 minutes from all central locations — the airport, South Beach, Aventura — and around 10 minutes from the Bal Harbour Shops and the beach.
