This bayfront villa comes with a heated pool, a terrace, a Sonos sound system, and an outdoor BBQ, fully furnished and stocked with linens and towels. A welcome amenity kit — shower gel and original Nespresso capsules — is provided for the first day, along with free WiFi and smart TVs throughout (five in total, including a 75-inch screen in the living room) with access to Netflix and other streaming apps. The pool is professionally cleaned weekly, usually on Wednesday, and landscaping is handled every two weeks; additional housekeeping can be arranged for an extra cost, and stays longer than seven days require a mandatory extra cleaning to keep the villa in shape. Children are welcome, and the main guest is required to sign a rental agreement at booking.
