Superb Primavera Villa with sea view

This charming Provençal villa in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat has a lovely sea view and sits just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, restaurants, and shops, in a peaceful setting that still stays close to all the French Riviera has to offer. A large living room opens onto the patio with indoor and outdoor dining, sofas, TV, and WiFi, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Five bedrooms sleep up to nine — one single, one twin, and three doubles — served by a main bathroom with a bathtub and two further bathrooms with showers, all with hairdryers. Outside, a beautiful patio with garden furniture makes the most of the Mediterranean climate, and two parking spaces (house and garage) are included. It’s child-friendly, with bed linen, towels, and final cleaning included in the price. Check-in runs 3-7pm (late arrivals possible for a fee), and check-out is 8-11am. The villa sits in a calm, quiet spot away from the summer crowds yet just minutes from the center of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, the old port, and its restaurants and bars. Smoking, pets, and events or parties aren’t permitted.
