Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming sea-view villa for rent in Erquy. Fully renovated in 2024, it sits less than a kilometer from the beach, with WiFi and 200 square meters of space for up to 10 guests (from August 17, 2026, the villa will also include the ground-floor studio, still within the 10-guest capacity). It has a spacious 75-square-meter living area overlooking the sea and a fully equipped kitchen, a separate ground-floor toilet, four bedrooms (plus a ground-floor studio with its own kitchen from August 2026), three bathrooms, and a study with a sofa bed. Outside, a large garden has a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The living area has a smart TV and a fireplace with an insert (with unlimited firewood on site), and the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and hob. Upstairs, the first floor has a master suite with a 16-square-meter bedroom, a queen bed, and an en-suite bathroom (shower, bath, and toilet); the second floor has two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), one bedroom with a queen bed, two shower rooms with WC, and the study with sofa bed. On the ground floor, a separate studio for two has its own entrance, a comfortable sofa bed, and its own shower room and kitchen. Extra equipment includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board, and iron. Outside, a terrace and large garden have furniture for sunny days, a charcoal barbecue (not to be placed on the terrace), a private heated pool open May 1 to September 30 (dates subject to change), a private hot tub available year-round, and bicycle storage; the garden is shared with the studio. The villa sits in a quiet, pleasant part of Erquy, facing the sea, with easy access to shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the market. On-site parking accommodates 4 vehicles; the nearest train station is Lamballe, and the nearest airport is Rennes. Bed linen and towels are included, cleaning is part of the rental with hotel-quality linens provided, beds are made on arrival, and pets aren’t permitted. CCTV covers the entrance and annex building only, with no cameras inside. Guests are welcomed by the Cocoonr team, who remain on hand throughout the stay.
