Set within one of the area’s finest residential buildings, the 180-square-meter penthouse has three spacious terraces catching sunlight throughout the day, with panoramic views of both the sea and city skyline. The two master bedrooms have private bathrooms with a bathtub, bidet, and wardrobe space, while the remaining two bedrooms share a third full bathroom with a shower/tub. The bright living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table, and TV, opening onto a private terrace with open sea and city views — ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The modern kitchen has an oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher, with full sets of dishes, glasses, and utensils provided. Guests also get access to exclusive building features including 24-hour security, concierge service, and swimming pools (with prior notice to the host), within a private, secure residential complex — access is limited to registered guests, and communal areas beyond the pools aren’t available for use. Parking can be arranged prior to arrival on request. To keep things quiet and respectful, parties and loud noise aren’t allowed, quiet hours start at 22:00, smoking is only permitted on the terrace (not indoors), and weed, shisha, or similar substances aren’t allowed anywhere on the property; pets and unregistered visitors aren’t permitted, and passport details are required for registration before or during check-in. A city tax of €6.88 per adult, per day is paid in cash on arrival, and a €50 fee applies for late check-ins after 21:00.
