Set within the exclusive, gated Gaou Bénat estate, this classic Bormes stone villa is surrounded by nature and enjoys magnificent sea views.

Facing east, the roughly 75m² villa has four main rooms: a living room opening onto a shaded 14m² patio, a utility room with washing machine and fridge-freezer, a compact kitchen, a bedroom with bunk beds, a second bedroom with a queen-size setup (two single mattresses), a third bedroom with a pull-out bed, a shower room and a separate WC.

The terrace looks out over the sea, with the pool area just below it. Tucked into a pine forest, this is a real family holiday villa — worth knowing that it’s not the best fit if you’re bothered by insects. It carries a 2-star holiday rental rating, and its standout features are the sea-view terrace with pool and the quiet, pleasant setting. Access is via a steep private road, with parking for several cars at the rear of the house.

A few practical points: Le Gaou Bénat is a private, gated estate, so you’ll need a €50 access badge from the gatekeeper to get in (a €20 deposit is refunded when you return it at the end of your stay). End-of-stay cleaning is included, and a €300 security deposit applies.
