Villa Barranch sits on a hillside overlooking a valley that slopes gently down to the sea, with an unbeatable view over the Gulf of the Coral Riviera. The villa has air conditioning, WiFi, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

An 8,000 sqm garden surrounds the property, planted with palm trees and Mediterranean scrub across large, shaded green spaces.

The villa is arranged over two floors linked by an internal staircase. Downstairs there’s a spacious living area with sofa, armchairs and a dining table opening onto a covered veranda, along with the three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The first floor holds a large, air-conditioned living room with sea views, a double bedroom, a shower room, the washing machine, and a kitchen with dishwasher, all leading onto generous covered verandas furnished for outdoor dining. The lower floor has the remaining two bedrooms and a further shower room.

Outside, the pool, covered veranda and a large courtyard give plenty of room to relax and take in the views. The sea-facing terrace and infinity pool are especially lovely in the evening, with sunsets over the horizon and a glass of Sardinian wine under the stars. The pool itself measures 10x5m with a depth of 140cm, and is for the exclusive use of guests. The villa suits families and groups of friends up to a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child.

Surrounded by nature, with mountains behind and sea views stretching to the Capocaccia promontory in front, the villa is just a few kilometres from Alghero and a couple of kilometres from the beautiful Speranza beach. There’s a shaded parking area, a gazebo with a shaded barbecue and table and chairs, plus a second barbecue by the pool.

We give guests plenty of freedom and privacy, but we’re always available if needed. It’s a very calm spot — you can hear the sea, and the views are beautiful. La Speranza beach is about 3km away, as is Alghero itself, where you’ll find nightlife, shopping, boat trips, sea running, and family-friendly beaches including Lido di San Giovanni and the dune-backed Pineta di Maria Pia.

A car is recommended for exploring Sardinia. Tourist tax and a €500 security deposit (to cover any damage) are payable in cash on arrival. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
