Alghero Villa Morena with exclusive swimming pool and large garden

Villa Morena is built for summer holidays full of family fun and relaxation — a peaceful, privately-run home near Alghero for guests looking for privacy and quiet.

Located a short drive from Alghero, near the village of Fertilia, it’s just a few minutes by car from the Bombarde and Lazzaretto beaches, among the loveliest on the Coral Riviera.

The house suits 8 to 10 guests and is arranged over two floors linked by an internal staircase, with 4 bedrooms in total — three doubles and one with three single beds — and 3 shower rooms. Each floor has its own lounge and kitchen, though only the upstairs kitchen has a dishwasher. Air conditioning covers every room.

Large windows let in plenty of light, looking out over the pool on one side and the veranda, lawn and garden from the living areas. The grounds cover 4,000 sqm, set within a large lawn planted with olive and palm trees. The private pool (16 x 5m) has a shallower section for children and a deeper end where you can’t touch the bottom, with deckchairs and umbrellas set up around it.

The villa and garden are fully fenced, with private parking on site. The setting is quiet, close to the city centre yet not isolated, surrounded by other villas that are lived in year-round. Behind the pool there’s an open-air veranda with barbecue, table and chairs, great for meals outside, and a bathroom sits right next to the pool.

Tourist tax and a €500 security deposit (against any damage) are payable in cash on arrival. Additional costs include a €10 per night pet supplement and electricity at €0.50 per kWh, totalled at checkout. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
