If you’ve ever dreamed of waking up to the sea at Porto Cesareo, this house can make it happen. The seafront holiday home sits in La Strea, just south of Porto Cesareo, one of Apulia’s best-loved destinations.

Modern and comfortably equipped, Villa La Strea has a lovely sea-view terrace and solarium, and suits up to 6 guests.

The property is fully fenced within a large garden, with space to park one car and a solarium area fitted with beach beds. The house is on the first floor, reached through a terrace with an outdoor seating area for meals cooked on the barbecue grill.

Inside, there’s a carefully furnished living room with modern furniture, an open kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher and microwave, a dining area, and a sofa bed for two. A corridor leads to the sleeping area, with two straightforward double bedrooms and a shower room. Mosquito nets are fitted on the windows, and there’s an alarm system.

The house sits within the protected marine area of La Strea, south of Porto Cesareo, in a quiet spot 1.5km from the town centre with its restaurants and amenities. Sant’Isidoro is less than 4km away.

A few practical notes: check-in (4–8pm) and check-out (8.30–10am) are arranged after booking, with late check-in between 8pm and midnight available for an extra €50. You’ll need to sign a tourism contract in Italian on arrival, and tourist tax applies where relevant per local rules. Bed linen and towels can be rented for €20 per person per week. Waste must be sorted for disposal — a penalty of €80 applies for up to 10kg left undisposed, plus €50 per additional kg — and the stove and cutlery must be left clean, or a €40 penalty applies. Air conditioning is only fitted in the corridor near the bedrooms, and the second bathroom is external to the house.
