Barcelona Beach Home: Historic house with rooftop terrace 1 min from the beach!

Welcome to Barcelona Beach Home — a stunning three-storey house with its own exclusive rooftop terrace, just a one-minute walk from the beach.

This historic house is one of the last of its kind still standing in the picturesque, centrally located fishermen’s neighbourhood of Barceloneta, and comes fully equipped for a unique, memorable stay.

The house is spread across three floors: the ground floor has the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet; the first floor has two bedrooms, one with a charming balcony; and the second floor has two further bedrooms plus a full bathroom with a bathtub. At the top, the rooftop terrace is furnished with comfortable sofas — a lovely spot to catch the Mediterranean breeze.

A few practical notes: Barcelona’s mandatory tourist tax of €6.25 per person, per night applies (payable in cash on arrival; children under 16 are exempt, and the tax caps at seven nights). Because of the multi-level layout and narrow staircases, the house isn’t recommended for guests with reduced mobility. One free parking space is available 3 minutes’ walk away, monitored by security cameras with staff on site 24/7; further spaces can be arranged for €20 per day.

House rules: smoking is only permitted on the terrace and balcony (a €200 penalty applies elsewhere), and parties of any kind are strictly prohibited — breaking these rules will end the stay immediately with no refund. Arrivals after 22:00 carry a late check-in fee, payable in cash: €30 between 22:00 and 1:00, or €50 after 1:00.
