Sleeping up to 16 across 8 bedrooms, with a large private pool for lounging all summer and total privacy alongside some of the most stunning Ionian Sea views around, Thespina stands out for its location, character and value.

The villa is cleverly split into 4 self-contained units, all rented together so guests get exclusive use of the entire building, grounds, pool and the newly added shaded outdoor dining area. In total there are 8 bedrooms (4 double, 4 twin) and 5 bathrooms. The ground floor holds two 2-bedroom apartments and a studio: each apartment has one double and one twin bedroom, a kitchenette (handy for a light poolside snack) and a shower room, while the studio has twin beds and its own en-suite shower room.

An external staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find 3 more bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), 2 shower rooms, lounge space, and the large, fully equipped main kitchen. The terrace views here are spectacular, stretching along the Corfu coastline all the way to the Albanian mountains.

This layout gives guests the run of the whole property by day, with proper privacy at night or whenever it’s wanted. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, included in the rental rate.

Outside, extensive private grounds, paved terraces and Mediterranean gardens surround the villa, with sea views and total privacy — no other properties overlook it. It’s a genuine haven of peace just two steps from the beach. The large private pool measures 11m x 5.5m (1.1–1.7m deep) with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for everyone, and the new poolside dining area is a great spot for a shared meal off the brick-built barbecue, or simply relaxing after a day on the beach or by the pool. Large private parking is available on-site.

The quoted price includes air conditioning, WiFi and maid service twice a week with a towel change. A refundable €300 security deposit is required on arrival, returned at the end of the stay provided there’s no damage. The Greek climate resilience tax of €2 per villa per night is not included in the rate and is payable locally.
