The ground floor has an entrance hall, a WC, one bedroom with a queen-size (160cm) bed and en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom with a queen-size (160cm) bed, en-suite shower room and WC, plus a balcony. There’s also a small mezzanine bedroom with a single (90cm) bed, suitable for a child only.

On the garden level, there’s a large, fully equipped white kitchen with a bar and stools, a spacious living room with two large sofas, a coffee table and a TV, and a dining area with table and chairs. A beautiful terrace has panoramic sea views, along with a swimming pool fitted with a retractable cover that can enclose the pool and extend the terrace, plus sun loungers. A second terrace has garden furniture, and below, a further large terrace sits shaded under a big oak tree. There’s a parking space right in front of the villa entrance.

A few practical notes: a cleaning fee is mandatory, and a security deposit (by cheque or cash only — no credit cards) is returned after inspection by the cleaning team. Tourist tax applies per day, per guest over 18, at the current rate. Pets can be brought for €30 for the stay, and bed linen (€16 per bed per week) and towels (€10 per person per week, one large and one small) can be rented on request. The property is professionally managed.
