It has a fantastic panoramic view over Ibiza town and a lovely sea view from every room, across 200 sqm of living space. There’s a large private pool, a wonderful sun terrace, and a 40 sqm balcony — ideal for children of all ages. WiFi is super fast throughout.
Satellite TV covers 40 English and 40 German channels, plus Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video. Bed linen and towels are provided in generous supply — a real holiday paradise.
A few things worth knowing: the apartment is always kept renovated to a like-new standard, handed over spotlessly clean and disinfected, with state-of-the-art technology throughout. We’re always available to help, happy to print your boarding passes, and glad to take care of any requests. The apartment, garden and pool are private and exclusive to you, in a quiet residential area surrounded by luxury villas. Changeover days during the season are Saturdays and Sundays.
End-of-stay cleaning costs €195, with a €500 security deposit. Licence number VT-0290-E.

Every element of Bella Vista captivated us, except for the inevitable moment of departure. The property commands panoramic vistas of the ocean and Ibiza Town, provides abundant space for two couples, and offers exceptional hosts. I dream of returning to this enchanting destination someday.

Our stay was wonderful. Sven and his partner are exemplary hosts. The pool is superb, and the house is airy, roomy, and spotlessly maintained with all necessary amenities. We were delighted by the flexible early check-in and the hosts’ consideration regarding sleeping arrangements for our two sons.

Our vacation was thoroughly enjoyable. The residence is enormous and offers beautiful sea and Ibiza Town views from every room. The large balcony is particularly lovely. All our questions and requests were promptly addressed by the landlord. We will definitely return!
