If you’re thinking about this finca for your Ibiza getaway, there’s no need to search further. If the property photos sparked your interest as they did ours, I can confirm those images are precisely accurate. The actual experience is even superior to what the photos depict. The moment you arrive, this property will astound you. Angelica and Vicent have invested considerable thought into every detail, whether major or minor. The house is positioned a short drive from the beach, and a charming walkway gets you there in just ten leisurely minutes. Privacy and protection are assured through a large entrance gate. Angelica and Vicent own another residence nearby, yet your privacy isn’t compromised. Other guests were present during our stay and absolute silence prevailed. From the house, your view toward the beach is, naturally, breathtaking. The kitchen is fully functional for cooking enthusiasts, with grilling facilities outside as well. The bed, king-sized, provides excellent comfort. Ample closet and wardrobe storage exists alongside bedroom air conditioning if desired. A lockbox is also provided. The beach at Cala San Vicent is equally impressive—broad, sandy terrain with straightforward water access. Numerous restaurants and bars are nearby, with several being truly outstanding. A local market meets most shopping requirements, albeit at prices somewhat higher than Santa Eularia’s. This tranquil and lovely area of Ibiza allows for genuine relaxation and enjoyment of peaceful moments.

Actually, reality surpasses what the photos convey. Upon arrival, you’ll be captivated by this property. Angelica and Vicent have carefully considered both major and minor details. The home sits a short distance from the beach and there’s a peaceful pathway to reach it in approximately 10 minutes on foot. A substantial gate provides both privacy and safety. A neighboring property also belongs to Angelica and Vicent, yet privacy remains unaffected. Another couple was staying there during our visit and we detected no disturbance. The panoramic view to the beach is, naturally, magnificent. The kitchen operates completely if you desire to prepare meals, plus there’s an outdoor grill. The bed is king-sized and quite comfortable. Ample hanging and storage areas for belongings are available, plus bedroom air conditioning should you need it. A secure safe is also present. Cala San Vicent’s beach is lovely too—broad and sandy with convenient water entry. Multiple dining options exist, featuring several superb establishments. A nearby shop stocks most necessities, though at higher prices compared to Santa Eularia purchases. This peaceful and serene section of Ibiza enables complete unwinding and tranquility.
