It’s divided into three sections, each with its own independent access. The main section has a kitchen and panoramic terrace, the master bedroom, and a bathroom with tub/shower. The living room connects to a kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine, along with a dining area, fireplace and two sofa beds; internal and external stairs lead down to the pool and garden via the terrace.

A second master bedroom, with its own private bathroom, has direct pool access and looks out over Playa des Codolar. The third section, reached from the road with its own garden parking, has a master bedroom, a private bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, with external steps down to the pool.

The pool area has its own fully equipped kitchen and a large table for outdoor dining, while the main terrace has a spacious table and stunning panoramic views. Access to the property is via a large motorised sliding gate, with an additional gate serving the ground-floor accommodation when needed.
