Chalet Lavinia is an exclusive alpine retreat in Selva di Val Gardena, one of the most celebrated destinations for skiing, hiking and unforgettable mountain experiences.

Set in the heart of the Dolomites, the chalet offers complete privacy and a refined atmosphere that blends seamlessly into the landscape. Floor-to-ceiling frameless windows fill the interior with natural light and open onto breathtaking mountain views, creating a real sense of harmony between the elegant indoor spaces and the alpine scenery outside.

Designed for 6–8 guests, Chalet Lavinia unfolds across several levels, with four beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and direct access to the panoramic garden. The upper floor holds a spacious living area with a fireplace and a modern open-plan kitchen that connects to a heated terrace — a great spot to unwind after a day on the slopes or trails.

The lower level is dedicated entirely to wellness: a private spa with sauna, hot tub, and an outdoor heated pool overlooking the mountains, plus a sunbathing lawn, a fully equipped gym, and a ski and bike room with boot warmers. Five private parking spaces are available, three of them in the underground garage with EV charging, reached directly via the internal lift.

Service throughout your stay is attentive and discreet. Each morning, a generous breakfast is served in the chalet, and transfers to and from the ski lifts or hiking trailheads can be arranged on request. For dinner, choose private catering, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or explore the excellent restaurants of Selva and the wider Val Gardena.
