There’s plenty to explore nearby: the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild, the coastal path around the peninsula, or a swim at the famous Paloma or Passable beaches. Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is just 20 minutes from Nice, 30 minutes from Monaco, and 10 minutes from the lovely village of Villefranche-sur-Mer.

Although we didn’t meet the host in person, her care made us feel welcomed like family. The property was stunning, brilliantly positioned, and wonderfully comfortable — with easy access to dining, the beach, shopping, and new friendships made nearby. Would strongly recommend to all.

Our 9-night visit to Cap Ferrat was fantastic. The house was immaculate and ideal for our five adults. Walking to St Jean was convenient, and we regularly jogged from the lighthouse down the magnificent seaside route. The local beaches were gorgeous, and we enjoyed excellent dining at neighbourhood restaurants. The property suited our family perfectly, and Isabelle was exceptionally generous with local recommendations. Thanks, Isabelle!
