Villa Divas is a luxurious private villa with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, plus stunning panoramic sea views.

The villa has six elegantly appointed bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private infinity pool with a hydro-massage area, a built-in BBQ, and lush gardens, comfortably sleeping up to 12 adults and 2 children.

The fully functional kitchen has everything you need: cooking utensils, a gas stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine — plenty of room for the whole family to cook, eat and recount the day’s adventures together.

On arrival, guests receive complimentary drinks, wine from our own winery, fresh fruit, and a selection of homegrown organic products including olive oil, olives, oregano, rosemary and lavender, plus locally produced organic toiletries. Cleaning is provided midweek for one-week stays, or twice weekly for longer visits — guests can discuss specific requirements on arrival. Keeping the pool pristine is a priority, with close attention paid to water pH for a clear, crystal finish.

Villa Divas offers several dining options, indoors and out, including tables in the kitchen/sitting room and under the covered veranda, with breathtaking views toward Kefalonia. A private path leads down to the sea and the renowned Priest’s Cave, perfect for relaxing or exploring.

Set in the peaceful northern part of Zakynthos, Villa Divas is 30km from the main town and airport, and 2.5km from the charming port of Agios Nikolaos. Perched on private land above the famous Blue Caves, it’s just a 20-minute boat ride from the iconic Navagio Shipwreck, with direct sea access via a carefully built stone path down to the Priest’s Cave.
