Villa Marygrace is the upper floor of a villa in Forte dei Marmi, an easy 2-minute walk from the beach. The apartment has its own private, separate entrance, with the friendly owner, Maria Grazia, living on the lower floor.
The house has private, fenced parking, a barbecue, and a garden with table, chairs and sofas for guests’ exclusive use. The living room has a TV with Sky channels (English-language films), WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace. Air conditioning covers the living room only.
The villa is just 300m from the beach, close to Forte dei Marmi’s fashionable shopping area.
Included in the rental price: final cleaning, towels and linens, electricity, gas, water, WiFi, a high chair (on request at booking) and a baby cot (on request at booking). Not included: tourist tax, where applicable, as required by the local municipality; mid-stay or weekly cleaning and linen/towel changes; and baby cot linens.

We stayed as two families (4 adults, 2 children). The owner is exceptionally warm and welcoming. The apartment arrangement suited us perfectly—the children were able to settle early in the rear section and rest undisturbed while we relaxed in the main living space. The unit features its own separate private entrance. The kitchen is extensively equipped. The location is excellent, near the beach with a wonderful pizzeria “il Timone” just around the corner. We enjoyed excursions to Pisa, Florence, Manarola, and beautiful hiking in the surrounding region.

The property perfectly matches the listing—immaculate, well-organized, and fresh. Located just steps from the beach with everything within walking or cycling distance: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and various shops. Perfect for families with young children given the simple logistics. The host deserves special recognition for her exceptional kindness and generous welcome.
