For reference: a shop is 400m away, a supermarket 700m, a bus stop 350m, and Colico railway station 1.6km. There’s a pebble beach and a grass beach, both 2.7km away, and an 18-hole golf course 35.5km away.

Stunning home with contemporary style, perfectly positioned for exploring Lake Como. The charming town of Colico boasts excellent eateries and a picturesque waterside. With a car, both lake shores are accessible, though train and ferry services from town provide convenient alternatives.

Overall, we were delighted with the vacation rental. Key strengths: exceptional cleanliness (apartment and pool alike), wonderful bathroom featuring a roomy tub, complete furnishings (all cookware, utensils, etc. available), induction cooktop, plentiful storage. The rear garden area with synthetic grass is wonderful for children to play outdoors. We’ll definitely be back.
