A lovely house with a garden, nicely nestled in Marylebone: 1,345 sq ft (125 sqm), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a backyard patio, and next to Regent’s Park. The Sherlock Holmes Museum is a 10-minute walk, and Baker Street and Regent’s Park stations are both under 10 minutes on foot. A detailed area guide is provided, and we’re available 24/7, with essentials, linens, towels and WiFi all included.

This elegant three-bedroom house is a sophisticated retreat for families. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom, while two further bedrooms have twin beds and storage. The home has two full bathrooms, a comfortable living area with TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space for eight. Guests can enjoy the private garden and patio, or make use of the dedicated workspace.

Guest access: the whole house is available to guests, on the ground floor with no lift and one internal flight of stairs.

Check-in: a JOIVY team member will welcome you, give you a tour and hand over the keys. Late check-in fees (paid by card on arrival or via an online link): £20 between 9pm and midnight, £40 after midnight, plus a £20 fee for arrivals more than 2 hours after the agreed time.

Marylebone is an elegant, upscale central London neighbourhood known for its refined atmosphere, chic boutiques and charming streets, just north of Oxford Street and east of Regent’s Park. Its Georgian architecture, tree-lined avenues and garden squares give it real character, and Marylebone High Street is the local hub, packed with boutiques, artisanal cafés and gourmet restaurants. Cultural highlights include the Wallace Collection, and Regent’s Park itself is a short stroll away, with its lawns, gardens, boating lake and London Zoo.

Transport links are excellent: Marylebone Station has mainline rail services, and Baker Street Underground connects easily across the city. The nearest bus stop, Harley Street, is a 5-minute walk, and both Baker Street and Regent’s Park stations are under 10 minutes away. Gatwick Airport is about an hour by public transport, and Heathrow around 50 minutes.
