Haus 1 – House 1

A quietly situated, family-friendly house with a garden and wonderful mountain views. House 1 has three bedrooms, each for two people: two rooms with double beds, and one with two single beds. There’s a fireplace in the living room and a garden seating area.

It’s a 10-minute walk to the cable car, restaurants, bars and various shops (including a VOLG supermarket), with more shops and supermarkets in Flims and Laax, both about 8 minutes away by car or post bus. There’s a 1GB WiFi connection, free parking for 1 car (a second in summer on request), with additional paid parking in the Rocksresort garage, which also has EV charging (not available on the property itself). A baby chair and crib are available on request, and one pet is allowed (with any damage covered by the tenant). Mountain hiking and bike trails pass right by the house.

The house sits in a quiet residential part of Laax Murschetg, less than 1km from the Rocksresort and the valley station, built in a cosy, traditional Graubünden style. In summer it’s a great starting point for hikes into the Grisons countryside, mountains or nearby lakes; in winter, Laax is a go-to destination for skiers, snowboarders and piste enthusiasts alike.

The ground floor has the living room, with dining area and fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, house 1 has a spacious room with a double bed and balcony, a smaller room with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and bidet, and a separate toilet. The basement has a spacious fourth room with a double bed, a shower with toilet, and a laundry room. For shorter stays of around three days, house 3 is recommended instead.
