A spacious, sunny, 110 sqm Diagonal Mar apartment right in front of Barcelona’s beach! Beautifully comfortable, full of natural light, fully furnished and equipped for whatever your trip needs, whether vacation or business.

It’s just 15 minutes by metro or taxi from the historic city centre. The spacious living room has ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the sea, and there are 3 double bedrooms: a master with en-suite bathroom, plus two with twin beds. Two complete bathrooms have both shower and bathtub, and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and there’s a small balcony with sea views, perfect for a glass of wine on a sunny day. Linen and towels are provided, and a baby cot and high chair are available on request. The building has a lift, and being in a quiet residential building, parties or loud events aren’t permitted. Several smaller supermarkets are nearby, along with a large shopping centre with a hypermarket and food court.

Good to know: check-in from 3pm, check-out before 11am, non-smoking, no parties. Additional charges: Barcelona city tax at €10.45 per person, per night (max 7 nights); a late check-in fee of €30 after 9pm or €60 after midnight; a €500 security deposit charged at check-in and refunded at check-out. Guests are expected to respect neighbouring residents and avoid excessive noise at any time — failing to do so may result in immediate eviction, and any noise infraction after 10pm could bring a Roomonitor intervention plus a €500 penalty.
