Location: La Tzoumaz/Mayens de Riddes — a quiet spot with a magnificent view over the Rhône valley. The village centre is 150m away, with the gondola station and snow-covered valley run each just 350m away.

An exclusive chalet with a sauna and outdoor hot tub. A spacious, 8-room chalet with 270 sqm of living space over 3 floors, rustically and sophisticatedly furnished, with a cosy atmosphere thanks to wood panelling in nearly every room. There are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus a washing machine, dryer, WiFi, a ski room, underfloor heating, a terrace and balcony, and an outdoor hot tub with mountain views (usage fee applies). 4 parking spaces are available at the house. Please note at least one traveller must be 25 or older.

Ground floor: two double bedrooms each with bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), a 4-bed room with bunk beds and its own bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), and the sauna. First floor: a bright, beautiful living/dining room with fireplace, cosy seating, satellite TV, DVD player, a large dining table, and a modern kitchen (oven, dishwasher), plus a double bedroom with bathroom and a 2-bed room with bathroom. Second floor: a double bedroom with bathroom (shower, bathtub, sink, toilet) and a 2-bed room with bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

Please note all mandatory and optional additional costs are payable locally in Swiss francs; the figures below in euros are a guideline. Firewood is available for purchase on site. Additional costs: electricity/heating CHF 34/person; final cleaning CHF 33/person; firewood CHF 20/bag (~10kg, order required); tourist tax paid locally; bed linen rental CHF 20/person (order required); towel rental CHF 14/person (order required); bring your own bath/sauna towel or rent for CHF 8/person (order required).
