A quiet hillside position with beautiful panoramic mountain views, from the impressive Grande Dixence reservoir across the Val d’Hérens to the Matterhorn (4,478m). A supermarket is about 1,500m away, and Les Collons, with its shops and hiking trails, about 500m. The Grande Dixence reservoir is 15km away, and Zermatt, Chamonix, Montreux on Lake Geneva, and Bettmeralp with the Aletsch Glacier are each about 90km.

A very beautiful, comfortable chalet with a steam bath and whirlpool: a 5-room house with 180 sqm of living space over 3 floors, 4 double bedrooms each individually styled, and 4 beautiful bathrooms, finished to a high, elegant standard blending typical chalet charm with South African decorative touches. Modern comforts include WiFi, satellite TV, Apple TV and a hairdryer in each bedroom, a washing machine, dryer, boot warmer, and central/underfloor heating. A large balcony has a grill, seating and lounge furniture, an outdoor whirlpool, and beautiful mountain views, with 2 parking spaces at the house.

Ground floor: a hallway with wardrobe and shoe racks, a beautiful double bedroom with TV, a freestanding bathtub, sink and toilet, plus a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and steam bath function. First floor: a very spacious, 55 sqm living area with a large panoramic window front, a sofa seating area by the wood-burning stove, a second seating area by the flat-screen satellite TV with surround sound, a dining table, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), and a balcony. Second floor: a double bedroom with panoramic windows, TV, a bathroom (bathtub, shower, sink, toilet) and balcony, plus two further beautiful double bedrooms and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

Additional costs of CHF 70 per person, plus visitor’s tax, are payable on site. Bed linen and towels are available on request.
