Holiday Home ‘Il Carrubo’ with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

A charming house in an exceptional, sea-view location, with panoramic views from Punta Crena (Varigotti) to Finale’s harbour.

Surrounded by greenery, it has access to a shared (not private) pool, open 1 June to 30 September — even in the busiest summer months, you’ll find a peaceful spot in the shade of a carob tree. Climb up to the pool, or head straight down to the beach.

The house sleeps 4 upstairs (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed on a mezzanine), plus a queen-size sofa bed for 2 on the ground floor, with one bathroom. Amenities include a fridge, coffee machine, water carbonator, microwave (no conventional oven), dishwasher, washing machine, and a TV with streaming services. Bed linen and towels aren’t provided — please bring your own. The house is non-smoking, and pets aren’t allowed. Some local shops offer grocery delivery, and a reserved parking space is available in the fenced condominium lot.

A few important notes: not accessible by stroller or wheelchair, as it’s about 100 steps up from the parking lot (like reaching a 4th floor with no lift); the balcony under the porch must be kept clear for neighbours’ access; the parking space is tight (5.05×1.95m), so please don’t use other spots, or an extra charge applies; and a security deposit is required before arrival, refunded at check-out if the property is left as found — it covers structural damage, extra cleaning beyond the standard, washing soiled sofa/cover fabrics, and disposing of any rubbish guests leave behind.

Check-in: 16:00–18:00 (except Monday), Sunday 11:30–12:30. Check-out: by 10:00.
