Positiv:
Gute Strandnähe, gut ausgestattete Küche.
Negativ:
– Poolumrandung in schlechtem Zustand (scharfe Kanten, lose Befestigungen, Stolperfallen; wurde nach Beschwerde behelfsmäßig repariert, ist aber mangelhaft und benötigt vollständigen Austausch)
– Pflanzen ungepflegt, wuchern über Terrasse, teilweise vermüllt
– Grill völlig verschmutzt und unnutzbar
– Kein SAT-TV (nur griechische Sender)
– Tresor funktioniert nicht
– Toilette bei Ankunft defekt (wurde prompt repariert)
– Sonnenschirm lag beim Eintreffen im Pool (kein Durchcheck des Hauses vor neuer Gästeankunft sichtbar)
– Schirmständer defekt
– Vorhänge beschädigt
– Möbelbezüge stark verschmutzt (unangenehme Flecken)
– Pool benötigt Eigenreinigung, aber die Poolreinigungsstange ist kaputt
– Steckdosen in den Badezimmern fehlen
– Duschschlauch verschmutzt und teilweise gerissen
– Kein vor-Ort-Service, kein Empfang, keine Reinigung
– Dies ist unserer Meinung nach keine Villa, sondern ein kleines, ungepflegtes Haus mit vielen Mängeln. Die gezeigten Fotos sind veraltet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! Tremendously spacious, very comfortable, right beside the beach, an absolutely fantastic villa! Sizeable, deep and immaculate pool!
My only concern is that the pool surround needs updating. It not only appeared aged, but there were gaps creating hazards in certain areas.
