The spacious, elegantly decorated living room has the 140x190cm sofa bed and a wall-mounted TV, a welcoming spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. Please note the apartment is on the ground floor facing the street, so some light street noise is possible, typical of Parisian city life.

The 3 independent bedrooms are in the basement, each with a 160x190cm double bed, air conditioning/heating, and storage, finished with quality bedding and tasteful decor for a restful night. One bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has a stovetop, oven or microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the cookware and utensils you need to cook just like at home. The 2 modern bathrooms both have walk-in showers, and one has a jacuzzi for two. There are also two separate toilets, independent of the bathrooms, for added flexibility.

It’s walking distance to the Picasso Museum, Le Carreau du Temple and Place des Vosges, and well served by metro and bus.

Airports: Charles de Gaulle is about 45–60 minutes by taxi/VTC, or 50–60 minutes by public transport (metro line 11 or 3, connecting to RER B); Orly is about 30–45 minutes by taxi/VTC, or 45–55 minutes by public transport; Beauvais is about 1.5 hours by car or shuttle from Porte Maillot, itself about 35–40 minutes by metro.
