Living rooms: ample seating on comfortable sofas and chairs, which convert into a full-size bed for extra guests; a smart TV with top streaming services; and direct access to the furnished loggia.

Bedrooms: 4 queen-size beds with premium mattresses; smart TVs in every room; the master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom; bedrooms two and three share an en-suite half-bathroom with a shower (no toilet); two bedrooms have private balcony access; ample storage, dressers and vanity areas; fresh linens, blankets, pillows and towels provided.

Bathrooms: modern showers with strong water pressure and hot water; an en-suite full bathroom in the master; an en-suite half-bathroom with shower shared by bedrooms two and three; a half bathroom with shower by the entrance, plus two further half bathrooms with toilet facilities; hairdryer, three towel sizes and a full range of toiletries; and genuinely comfortable toilets.

Kitchen and dining: a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, cutlery and essentials; modern appliances including a Nespresso machine, microwave, toaster and oven; and a spacious dining room for shared meals.

Additional amenities: 24/7 self-check-in; a washer, iron, ironing board and drying rack; and professional cleaning and disinfection before every stay.

HOLT’s Guest Experience team is reachable by message, phone, SMS and email 24/7, with local managers, cleaners and handymen available during reasonable hours. In an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval. Guests must provide payment details for either a non-refundable damage waiver (covering accidental damage and normal wear and tear) or a refundable security deposit held before check-in and released after the stay if no damage is found — guests can choose either option.

All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit ID and provide contact details before arrival to receive the Boarding Pass with check-in and property info; HOLT may request a copy of government ID for each guest. A CCTV camera covers the property’s exterior entrance only — there are no recording devices in private areas, and all footage is deleted after 30 days.

Bookings for commercial purposes should be flagged in advance, as terms and pricing may differ. This is a pet-friendly property, with a €50 sanitation fee per pet — an undisclosed pet incurs a €500 fee.

Getting around is easy: the building is a 5-minute walk from Piața Universității metro station, with buses, trolleys, taxis, bike/scooter sharing and ride-hailing services like Uber all close by.
