In summer, the region invites hiking and cycling in the Dolomites or a trip to the famous Seiser Alm (Alpe di Siusi), just 9km (12 minutes by car) away. In winter, the Sellaronda ski area with modern lifts is a 40-minute drive (22km) away, alongside great cross-country tracks and toboggan runs. South Tyrol’s capital, Bolzano (Bozen), is a 45-minute drive (37km) south-west.
