MyKer Estate is a sprawling luxury complex on Mykonos made up of four independent structures — a 500-square-meter main residence plus three private guesthouses — designed to give large groups both shared spaces and real privacy. The three-level main house opens onto uninterrupted Aegean views through floor-to-ceiling windows: the ground floor holds a stylish living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a 12-seat dining area, and an indoor bar with its own wine cellar, plus a communal bathroom, laundry facilities, and two staff bedrooms. The first floor has a lounge opening onto a large sea-view balcony alongside four ensuite bedrooms, each with a queen bed and direct balcony or outdoor access, while the top floor is given over entirely to a king-bed master suite with its own ensuite bathroom and a private terrace built for sunset views. The three guesthouses each add stylish, self-contained sleeping quarters with private bathrooms for guests who want extra independence while staying close to the main grounds. Outside, a private saltwater infinity pool is ringed by sun loungers, shaded seating, and a 12-person pool lounge, and the landscaped gardens include a private vineyard, an olive grove, centuries-old trees, a barbecue and kitchenette, and two dining tables seating up to 25 in total. For downtime there’s an open-air gym, a ping-pong table, space for yoga, and even an on-site church available for symbolic ceremonies, with private parking for up to 10 cars across three zones. A per-night climate resilience fee (15€ from April to October, 4€ the rest of the year) and a refundable 1,000€ damage deposit apply, both payable on arrival; the estate can also host weddings and private events for up to 120 guests in the outdoor area for an additional fee, arranged in advance.
