One of two brand-new luxury villas on Mykonos, this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom property sits above Houlakia Beach with striking sunset views over the Aegean and neighboring islands, about 4 km from Mykonos Town. It’s built for privacy: spacious living areas, a private outdoor pool, large verandas with pergolas, a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, parking for two cars, and both indoor and outdoor dining, with a view from nearly every window. It sleeps up to six, with a queen bed in the master and queen beds in each of the other two rooms (splittable into singles on request). A local host meets guests on arrival for the key handover and a tour, and a concierge team is on hand throughout the stay to help plan things; optional extras — airport transfers or a rental car, excursions like boat tours, diving, or deep-sea fishing, a private chef, or grocery shopping — can all be arranged for an additional fee. The surrounding area gives easy access to Agios Stefanos Beach (2.6 km), Ornos Beach (9 km), Scorpios (11.3 km), Alemagou Beach Bar (12 km), and Mykonos Airport (8.6 km). The kitchen comes with full cookware and a coffee maker, and towels, laundry detergent, and a starter set of bath amenities are all provided.
