Set in a peaceful, elevated spot on the outskirts of Paralimni, this large villa is a short drive from both Protaras and Ayia Napa, with banks, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets all within a leisurely 10-minute walk along the main road, and Paralimni’s historic town square about 15 minutes away. Kokkinos Gremmos (Red Hill), a mile off, is popular with walkers and cyclists, and the quiet road the villa sits on takes in views over the surrounding hills and out toward Ayia Napa, Cape Greco, and Famagusta Bay. The property covers 1,250 square meters of land, bordered by olive, pomegranate, and other fruit trees, with ample parking. It sleeps up to ten across four bedrooms in the main house plus one in a separate annex — a good fit for extended family or groups traveling together. To the rear is a private, unoverlooked pool, a bar kiosk for alfresco dining, a second seating kiosk, a rock garden, and a shaded Greek-island-style seating area beneath grapefruit and pomelo trees, plus table tennis. A fully accessible, independently entered one-bedroom apartment sits by the pool, purpose-built with support handrails and a drop-down shower seat for wheelchair users.
