Located in a hillside residential community, the property has an exceptionally steep access road. The terrace provides spectacular panoramic views, ideal for enjoying sunrises and moonsets. Though the house shows its age, the bathrooms feature modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials including a dishwasher, range, oven, fridge with freezer, and coffee machine. Bedrooms have air-conditioning. The pool is wonderful and generously sized.

Finding the property on first arrival is challenging – you’ll likely need to turn around more than once. The living areas are generous in size while the bedrooms are modest. The entire home shows considerable age; furniture including tables, chairs and couches needs upgrading as they’re wobbly, flattened and worn. The panorama is absolutely stunning. A vehicle is necessary. The pool is not heated and reached only 19 degrees by late September. K. was wonderfully accommodating and flexible throughout – much appreciated :-).

A fantastic property with exceptionally welcoming hosts. Impeccably kept and spotless. The pool is absolutely wonderful! Our only difficulties stemmed from a severe storm. Following the power restoration, the oven unexpectedly began self-heating. Should this occur in future, guidance on proper steps would be beneficial. Additionally, the electric entrance gate malfunctioned, preventing our departure the following morning. A manual key for the gate might prove useful for future guests.

A well-furnished property. Excellent outdoor space, which served as our main gathering area. The house is older with typical signs of age visible. Communication with Interhome’s host was responsive and efficient. The views are breathtaking. However, it’s situated at some distance from shopping facilities and the nearest town.

Signs of heavy usage, linens require additional payment despite premium rental costs, single hair dryer serves three bathrooms, refrigerator shows rust deterioration, the property’s age prevents thorough cleaning in certain areas, bedding appears inadequately laundered, upholstered bed frame displays brown discoloration, bathroom shows mold growth, artificial surface surrounding pool, positioned high in the hills within an aging residential development surrounded by ongoing construction noise, main highway is 8 minutes away, shopping centers are 30-40 minutes distant.

Warm welcome and enjoyable communication with Katia, the property manager. While the house and its furnishings display some age, all amenities function properly and remain fully operational. The view is spectacular and the pool is perfect for families. The location is not pedestrian-accessible from the valley or coastal area – a vehicle is absolutely essential.

The hillside location requires some driving to access, though this isolation creates a spectacular setting with magnificent vistas of the countryside and seascape. Highly recommended.
