David was accessible and greeted us upon arrival, providing a tour and local insights. He was transparent about some water marks on the walls from previous occupants — this didn’t impact our experience, though it did attract some small gnats. The comforter and pillows seemed somewhat stale, possibly from hang-drying, yet the mattress itself was supportive. Worth noting for those with mobility issues: there’s an elevated step into and out of the shower. The vistas were spectacular, and nearby dining options were excellent.
