Spacious house for 13 people with terraces in Badalona

This house in the center of coastal Badalona is built for large families or groups of up to 13 guests, with two terraces for sunbathing, cooking, or simply relaxing together. The dining room opens directly onto a terrace and has two sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table, while the living room adds a TV area and a small desk workspace, handy for business trips. Rooms throughout are spacious and bright, and the kitchen is well equipped for both short and long stays. The house is one of the last works of architect Joan Amigó i Barriga, built in a rationalist style, with air conditioning in every room including the lounge. Towels and linens are provided, and hosts greet guests on arrival with a rundown of the neighborhood and house. The location is central, close to theaters, parks, restaurants, and shops, with the sea and its beaches about a 15-minute walk away and Barcelona itself a short trip further. Barcelona-El Prat Airport is about half an hour by car, with public transport also available via bus and metro. A tourist tax of €1.75 per person, per night applies, along with a refundable €200 security deposit; ID is required at check-in for all guests, and smoking incurs an extra charge. Arrivals outside standard hours carry a supplement, and no check-ins are possible after midnight.
