Stunning Villa Close To Ibiza Town with Panoramic Sea and Sunset views

We spent six unforgettable weeks at this property. The vistas are absolutely breathtaking. The villa shows some wear, yet it was perfectly suited to our needs. We faced complications with VRBO payments, but Roy, the property owner, provided outstanding communication. Dean, the property manager, was equally exceptional and available whenever issues arose. The climb to the villa is demanding, but that challenging walk is exactly what makes those spectacular panoramic views possible.

The vistas overlooking Talamanca beach and historic Eivissa town are truly distinctive. An ideal destination for a family getaway. Dean, our house manager, was exceptionally hospitable. It’s wonderful having a host available whenever needed, and Dean’s knowledge of the island’s finest locations truly enhanced our experience.

Superb property in an ideal location with convenient proximity to beaches, dining options, and Ibiza Town. As a group of 7, we didn’t require a vehicle and relied on taxis and water taxis instead. The property manager Dean was excellent and provided wonderful care. We would certainly return!

The villa Can Roy offers wonderful views both day and night! Plenty of bathrooms throughout the property. The owner is very warm and accommodating!
