This wonderful Andalusian-style villa has a private heated pool and jacuzzi within easy reach of a fine beach, sleeping up to 12 guests across four double bedrooms plus a family bedroom split into two independent en-suite rooms, four bathrooms, and a guest toilet. It sits 250 meters from Santa María Golf Club and less than 2 km from the beach, with a hand-paved pebble entrance and terrace typical of traditional Andalusian construction, decorated to a high standard throughout. Floor heating runs across the whole property for chilly winter nights, and the impressive entrance, with ceilings 6 meters high, leads to a guest toilet and stairs up to three of the bedrooms, with the remaining two on the ground floor. The large, well-equipped kitchen has a central island and a dining table, opening directly onto both a north-facing patio and a partly covered south-facing terrace with a sofa area and Mediterranean views.
