The large kitchen is well equipped, with four hotplates, an oven, dishwasher, two induction hobs, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island; air conditioning is included, with forced-air heating available for an extra charge. Upstairs are three more double bedrooms — one with its own shower/bidet/WC and terrace access, one with a bath/bidet/WC and hydro-massage tub, and one with a shower/bidet/WC — plus deck chairs overlooking the pool and garden. A washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer, free WiFi, and parking are all provided, and up to two pets are allowed.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Surphinia and felt completely at home. Everything you could need is there, even a bean-to-cup coffee machine. The host was super friendly and always reachable with questions about excursions and the like.

As a group of eight, we had a wonderful time at M.’s holiday home. The house is superbly equipped and lovingly furnished, and the garden is a dream, perfectly maintained. There are plenty of quiet corners, so everyone gets enough privacy. The sea and beach bar are a five-minute walk away. We’ll definitely be back — thank you so much, M.!

The house was perfect for our trip with friends — from the warm welcome by the host to the large swimming pool and fully equipped kitchen. Every bedroom had good air conditioning and a nice bathroom. The outdoor area is great, with plenty of seating, a BBQ, and of course the pool. Having the beach within walking distance was a great bonus too.

Great villa, great location, a great host, and a great slice of Sardinia — you can hear the waves from the roof terrace under the stars.
