Villa Alcornoque

Villa Alcornoque is a five-room, south-facing house of 143 square meters, comfortably and beautifully furnished throughout. The 40-square-meter living and dining room has satellite TV with international channels, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, opening onto the garden and pool. Three bedrooms cover the sleeping arrangements — one with a French bed and shower/WC, and two with twin beds, one also with its own shower/WC — all with heating stoves and air conditioning, plus an office with a fan. The kitchen has four hotplates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an electric coffee machine (Nespresso capsules not included), alongside a further bathroom. Outside, two terraces (45 and 35 square meters) are furnished with deck chairs and a barbecue. A washing machine, iron, high chair, baby cot, hairdryer, and free WiFi are provided, with parking at the house; the pool is for private use, and the property is non-smoking with a fire extinguisher on hand.
