Villa Baia delle Sirene is a beautiful, minimalist-style luxury villa with an infinity pool and an exceptional view over the sea near Santa Maria di Leuca, in one of Salento’s most charming holiday spots. It’s equipped with modern touches throughout — air conditioning in every room, soundproof windows, electric shutters, internet, a smart TV, a docking station, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee machine, parking, and outdoor showers. The two-floor home sleeps 8-9 guests, with a ground-floor garden and furnished porch ideal for lunch or dinner, and a first-floor 5×3 meter infinity pool with a fantastic view over the Ionian Sea, perfect for watching the sunset. The living room is spacious, divided by a small step between a dining area with kitchenette and a sitting area with a double sofa bed and smart TV, plus an additional bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a ground-floor double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and upstairs, a master double bedroom with an amazing view, a panoramic balcony, and its own en-suite bathroom, plus a twin bedroom also with en suite. The villa sits near the beautiful bay of Baia delle Sirene and Punta Ristola, within walking distance of the Santa Maria di Leuca seafront promenade, its bars, and the town’s landmarks, including the Madonna de Finibus Terrae sanctuary and its lighthouse. Check-in runs 4-8pm and check-out 8:30-10am (late check-in available for a €50 fee), and a tourism contract (in Italian) must be signed on arrival. Tourist tax, where applicable, is added separately, and a first set of bed linen and towels is included, with mandatory changes at €25 per person for longer stays. The pool is open June through September, an extra €100 cleaning fee applies for pets, and waste sorting and a clean stove/cutlery at checkout are both mandatory, with penalty fees for non-compliance.
