This authentic Provençal villa is set in lush greenery, sheltered from view, offering charm and comfort for a stay with friends or family. Villa T5 (147 sqm on 1,420 sqm of grounds, Domaine de Barbigoua) is spread across two levels, accessed by stairs, for a maximum of 8 guests. The ground floor has an entrance hall, a well-equipped separate kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric grill, 4-burner hob), a living room with sofas, armchairs, and TV, a dining area seating 8 that opens onto the terrace and garden, two air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (160 cm), wardrobes, garden access, and sea views, a bathroom with tub, basin, and bidet, and a separate WC. Upstairs are two more air-conditioned bedrooms with sea views — one with a 140 cm double bed, one with twin beds (2×80 or a 160 cm double) — served by a shower room and WC. Outside, a 15-square-meter terrace has dining furniture, and the 1,420-square-meter landscaped Mediterranean grounds include various relaxation areas, a private 10×4 meter pool (closed October to May), a garage usable as a bike shed, parking for two vehicles, a boules court, and sea views toward the Levant islands. It’s a quiet setting, and pets aren’t allowed. Reception and key collection run Monday to Friday 3-6pm, Saturdays in July/August 4-6pm, and independent arrival via key box on Sundays and holidays from 3pm. End-of-stay cleaning, disposable mattress and pillow protectors, kitchen towels, and bathroom mats are included; parties and smoking indoors aren’t permitted. La Croix-Valmer town center is 2.8 km away, Cavalaire 5 km, and the beach 2.8 km.
