The location perfectly balances peace with comfort. We’ve already explored Perugia and Termi, discovering plenty of activities and sights in the surrounding area. Highly recommended—we’re planning our return visit.

The pool was well-maintained, spacious, with ample sunbathing areas and an expansive shaded zone for those wanting shade. The villa proved to be outstanding with excellent value for money. It was well-kept, pleasant, and had all the essentials for a fortnight’s getaway at an affordable price. Wir konnten Silvia, die verantwortliche Person, leider nie persönlich treffen. Check-In, Informationen zur Nutzung und Abreise wurden alle per WhatsApp abgewickelt. Antworten auf unsere Anfragen kamen zeitnah. Das Haus selbst ist wunderbar großzügig mit jedem Zimmer, das ein eigenes Badezimmer hat, und auch der Außenbereich ist beeindruckend. Obwohl das Haus bis zu 20 Gäste aufnimmt, wird der Platz am Esstisch bei voller Belegung knapp, und schon mit 16 Personen ist es recht eng. Die versprochenen Informationen zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Aktivitäten in der Nähe und Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden uns nicht bereitgestellt. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel haben wir mit etwas Flexibilität einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt genossen.

Our stay centered on enjoying the house, swimming, unwinding, and exploring the picturesque surroundings on foot. It serves as an excellent base for cycling and hiking adventures. The property is quite pleasant, featuring a spacious garden and a generous pool perfect for sunbathing. I’d gladly return and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this villa to loved ones. All in all, superb!
