Villa Melograno sits in an oasis of peace in a valley just a few kilometers from Alghero and Stintino, two of Sardinia’s most fascinating destinations, offering ample indoor and outdoor space for a comfortable, private vacation. At about 180 square meters, the villa has generous living space with five bedrooms and three shower bathrooms: a quadruple room with a double bed and bunk bed (great for a family with children), a spacious double room, a twin bedroom, a second double bedroom, and a quad bedroom in the annex with a double bed, bunk bed, and en-suite bathroom. The annex also has a covered veranda for relaxing outdoors, and is made available from the 11th guest onward (smaller groups can also rent the villa with the annex for an extra daily cost, on request). The garden is a real highlight, extending over a large area shaded by pine trees, with a large gazebo and table seating up to 20 next to the barbecue — ideal for outdoor dining with friends and family — plus guaranteed parking in the exclusive-use garden. At the center of the garden, a 12 x 6 meter pool with sun loungers and pergolas is gated to keep small children safe, offering privacy and tranquility for cooling off on hot days. Pets are allowed on request for a surcharge, and a refundable €500 security deposit is payable in cash on arrival.
